Every day for 30 days complete each of these 6 habits:

1. Nutrition

Eat according to the NSL nutrition recommendations

  • No processed food 
  • No added sugar
  • No alcohol
  • Do not eat dairy
  • Do not eat gluten

2. Hydration

Drink 3/4 of your body weight in ounces of water.

3. Sleep

Kim, When I first met you and read your story, it was inspirational for me in getting to know myself and to become more intentional with my day to day health practices. I have always thought I was "healthy", but was I really? To some, yes, but I often bought into the mainstream fads and social media trends and still ended up with fatigue and low energy. We all have our own experiences and choices that put us in certain places at certain times for a specific reason. We don't always know the reason at the time, but we eventually figure it out. My move to a new gym was a reactionary decision to move away from negative energy and find peace. I was nervous to meet new people but also knew I needed more positive energy and positive influences in my life. I don't have many friends that are on the same health journey that I am on, nor family. I am constantly surrounded by the weekend warriors and late night partiers and often feel disconnected as if I don't belong. I also do not want to "go through the motions" per say and have years go by and wonder what I could have done differently. Time goes by whether we are making a change or not, so why not make a change for the better and make a change for ME! I have realized now that I've become a better version of myself by meeting you and learning how to be more intentional day to day.
