Every day for 30 days complete each of these 6 habits:

1. Nutrition

Eat according to the NSL nutrition recommendations

  • No processed food 
  • No added sugar
  • No alcohol
  • Do not eat dairy
  • Do not eat gluten

Includes detailed NSL nutrition guide complete with a grocery list, serving sizes, + meal prep guide no matter your goals or eating preferences!

2. Hydration

Drink 3/4 of your body weight in ounces of water.

3. Sleep

Get 7+ hrs of sleep each night + aim to go to bed + wake up at the same times each day. 

Includes sleep workshop with helpful downloads to transform your sleeping habits.

4. Movement

Workout for 30+ minutes breaking a sweat + pushing your comfort zone 5x/week + 2 active rest days/week.

Includes 20 downloadable workouts you can do anywhere!

5. Personal Growth

Include 30 minutes of personal or growth or education each day by:
